When providing information to the service, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, timely, and complete information.  Shoppers expect the information presented to be current and accurate.  If Dealers specify product prices or coupon values, they must to be refreshed (not necessarily changed) at least once every 7 days.  Prices or coupons older than 7 days will not be displayed.  Dealers must log in once every 10 days to have their listing remain active and be displayed.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information provided by the service, and agree to notify the service if security is compromised. Fuel buyer, agree that the information presented by this service will be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes and agree not to reproduce the information provided by the Service or software used to provide the Service. Information provided to the service, including e-mail addresses is considered confidential information and will not be shared or released to 3rd parties except as required by U.S. law. Information provided by the Service is provided "AS-IS" and Vast Systems, LLC assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, errors, or omissions of the information presented.
