Dealers agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, timely, and complete information.  If Dealers specify product prices or coupon values, they must be refreshed (not necessarily changed) at least once every 7 days.  The system will not display prices or coupons older than 7 days.  Dealers must log in once every 10 days to have their listing remain active and be displayed.  Dealers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information provided by the service, and must notify Fuel List if security is compromised. Information provided by Fuel List is provided "AS-IS" and Fuel List assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, errors, or omissions of the information presented. You agree to indemnify and hold Fuel List, and its owner/operator harmless from any claim or demand due to or arising out of use or unavailability of the Fuel List web site.
